Your doctor will conduct and coordinate a comprehensive evaluation of your current health and health problems you may have had related to your work injury. Upon completion of the baseline examination, you and your doctor will develop your personal plan to maximize your health and enjoyment of life, now and in the future. This treatment plan may include Physical Rehabilitation, Application of a brace, trigger point injections, or a combination of all therapies.
